At LAVERINA, every product is custom-made and personally crafted to your specifications. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- The customer uploaded an incorrect photo
- The customer entered incorrect personalization details
- The customer changed their mind after the order was placed
- The item has already been custom-produced
We kindly ask all customers to carefully review their uploaded photos, personalization details, and order information before submitting.
60-Day Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every LAVERINA product. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly made, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 60 days of delivery. We will review your case and offer a replacement, remake, or refund when appropriate.
